reVision Retreat: Palm Springs
November 16-18, 2026
THE RETREAT YOU’VE BEEN WAITING FOR
“Maybe you’ve been playing so small that you can’t see how big and beautiful your life could be.”
-Mel Robbins
My Story
About two years ago, I crashed and burned. I was so tired of the chronic stress of daily living (and people-pleasing). I was trying to make a business grow, my book take off, be a good friend, good wife and present mom. It felt like too much, and there were days I wanted to burn it all to the ground.
I searched for retreats for busy, overworked women leaders who were searching for purpose in their stories, new energy for our weary souls, ready to write a new story…
…and I came up empty.
So I created it instead: spending lots of time curating the right program, right location, right activities, to inspire healing and spark inspiration for what COULD BE next:
Just two nights (I know you have commitments!) nestled in the life-changing rest of the Korakia Pensione in Palm Springs, California. You’ll participate in four, sessions designed to:
Destress and declutter your mind
Look at your past
Examine your present
Begin to write your next chapter

FAQ’s

My hope is that you'll leave with three things:
1. Freedom from what's been holding you back.
Together, we'll identify the stories, expectations, disappointments, and fears that have kept you stuck—and begin the process of letting go of them.2. Clarity about where you are today.
You'll gain a deeper understanding of your current season, your values, your strengths, and what your life is asking of you right now.3. A confident vision for what's next.
You won't leave with all the answers, but you will leave with practical tools, a renewed sense of purpose, and a clear direction for taking your next courageous step. There may be moments of grief as you release what you thought life would look like. But there will also be relief, hope, laughter, connection, and the freedom that comes from embracing the story you're living today.
-
Absolutely.
If you're a woman leading (or growing into leadership) at a nonprofit, or if your work supports nonprofit leaders, this retreat was designed with you in mind.
If you're feeling burned out, navigating a season of transition, wrestling with imposter syndrome, or simply know you're being called toward something new but haven't found the courage to take the next step, you'll be in the right room.
No special title or accomplishment is required. Just a willingness to invest in yourself and your next chapter.

For nearly 20 years, my life's work has centered around one thing: helping people make sense of their stories.
I'm a licensed mental health therapist, where I have the privilege of walking alongside women through healing, transitions, grief, anxiety, and the moments that ask us to become someone new.
At the same time, I've spent the last 15 years helping nonprofit leaders uncover and tell powerful stories that inspire generosity and create meaningful change. That work has taught me something profound: the stories we tell ourselves shape every decision we make.
reVision brings those two worlds together.
Over the past two decades, I've studied healing, resilience, storytelling, and personal growth. I've learned that lasting change doesn't happen because someone gives you better advice—it happens when you begin to see your own story differently.
That's what these two days are designed to help you do.
My role isn't to tell you what your next chapter should be. It's to create a safe, thoughtful space where you can hear your own voice again, discover what's been keeping you stuck, and leave with the clarity and courage to move forward.
-
You certainly can, but I honestly encourage you to come on your own.
reVision is intentionally immersive. Our two days together are filled with meaningful conversations, guided exercises, personal reflection, and time to think deeply about where you are and where you want to go next. You won't have much downtime, and the space is designed to help you focus on one person for a change: you.
I know coming alone can feel intimidating. If you're worried you won't know anyone, you're probably not the only one. In fact, many women arrive feeling exactly the same way.
But here's what I've learned: some of the deepest friendships begin when a group of women bravely walks into a room full of strangers with open hearts.
My team and I will make sure you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. I think you'll leave with not only greater clarity for your next chapter, but also a community of women cheering you on long after the retreat ends.
